Privacy Policy — Domiqra
Your home, taken care of. · Updated 2026-10-18
In short
Domiqra collects no personal data. Gisclace runs no server for the app, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and has access to none of your information.
Controller
Gisclace, publisher of the Domiqra app for iOS. Contact: contact@gisclace.fr.
Data processed by the app
The information you enter (homes, equipment, maintenance, work done, documents, notes, reminders, household members) is stored in a local database on your device, protected by iOS encryption. Attached files (photos, PDFs) are copied into the app’s private storage.
iCloud (sync and sharing)
If you enable Domiqra Pro and sharing, the shared home’s data is stored in your iCloud account through Apple’s CloudKit service and made available only to the people you invite. Notes and documents marked “personal” are stored in a private zone of your iCloud and are never shared. Gisclace has no access to your iCloud container. Processing is subject to Apple’s iCloud terms.
Purchases
The Domiqra Pro purchase is handled by Apple (App Store). Gisclace receives neither your payment details nor your identity; the app verifies locally, through StoreKit, that the purchase is associated with your Apple ID.
Notifications
Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No notification is sent from a Gisclace server.
Permissions
Camera and photo library: only to add photos or documents, at your request. Notifications: for reminders. No permission is used in the background for other purposes.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays as long as you keep it. You can erase everything from the app (More → Settings) or by uninstalling it; iCloud data is managed from your device’s iCloud settings.
Your rights
Since Gisclace holds no data about you, access, rectification and erasure are exercised directly on your device and your iCloud account. Questions: contact@gisclace.fr.
